In a special broadcast at t:30 p. m., members of Brussels' defense de-fense organisation told the people of the Belgian capital that only 10 minutes' warning might be given giv-en before air raids begin. The speakers urged Immediate rehearsala enaoiing in populace to familiarize Itself with routes to air raid shelter and the accumulation accumu-lation of proper clothing and food supplies with least possible loss of time.
