Consolidated net income for the fiscal year was $722,032.76, the annual report, read and approved by the stockholders, showed. The regular quarterly dividend of 12H cents a share on preferred stock, payable February i, 1940, was declared. de-clared. All directors and officers of the .company were retained, including' Stephen L. Richards, Salt Lake City, chairman of the board; Mar-riner Mar-riner Si Eccles, Ogden, chairman of the federal reserve board, president, presi-dent, and H. A.
