Show CHANGES ASKED IN MARBLE CASE County Moves to Reduce Felony Charge Expressing doubt as to the legal propriety of a felony complaint heretofore filed, H. D. Lowry, deputy dep-uty county attorney, Friday moved to reduce a slot machine charge against Pete Condos, doing business busi-ness as Star Light beer garden, Bingham, to a misdemeanor. Condos was convicted on basis of stipulated evidence, and City Judge Wllford Moyle Burton Imposed Im-posed a sentence requiring payment pay-ment of a 2S fine or serving 30 days In Salt Lake county Jail. The Jail term was suspended conditioned condi-tioned on payment of the fine and defendant's promise to refrain from keeping a gambling device in his place of business during the ensuing six months.
