Show RAILWAY DEATH 1 HELD ACCIDENT . PRICE A verdict of death from accidental causes waa turned In by a coroner's Jury Thursday on the crushing of Charles Harvey Nlckerson, Nlck-erson, 56, of Provo, conductor for the Utah Railway company. ' Mr. Nlckerson was killed at 4:05 a. m. Thursday when an engine knocked him down In the yards near the Martin roundhouse. He was born December 11, 1882, In Wayne county, a son of Benjamin Benja-min F. and Harriett Heath Nlckerson. Nlcker-son. He received his early education educa-tion In the Price city schools and later married Mary Walsh on June 26, 1909, in Scofield. On February 1. 1910, he went to work for the Utah Railroad company com-pany and the family moved from Scofield to Price, moved again to Hiawatha in 1912 and again in Au-guest Au-guest 1918, when they came to Provo. Surviving are the widow, one 'son, Charles LeRoy Nlckerson of Ogden; two daughters, Mrs. Veva Tanner of Whitney, Idaho, and Mary Nadra Nlckerson of Provo; four grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Mary Wilson of Yuba. CaL, and thiee uiullieis, George Nicker. ' son of Grand Junction. Colo.; Irwin Ir-win Nlckerson of Washington state and Harold Nlckerson of Stockton, Cel. Funeral services will be conducted con-ducted Sunday at 1:30 p. m. In the Provo L. D. S. First ward chapeL Friends may call at the Berg mortuary mor-tuary on Saturday and at the home, 344 South Fourth West street, Sunday prior to the services. ser-vices.
