Show Miss Meyersahm Has Bridge Tea For A dele Parks A delightful bridge tea waa given Monday afternoon by Miss Marions Mar-ions Meyersahm at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Irving C. Meyersahm. on East South Temple street. Guest of honor at the affair was Miss Adele Parks, a popular holiday bride-to-be. Sixteen guests played bridge during dur-ing the afternoon and later tea waa served. The tea table waa attractively attrac-tively centered with a Christmas centerpiece of holly, and crimson tapers In silver holders wars at each end of the table. Miss Parks waa also complimented compliment-ed Sunday evening when Dr. and Mra. D. D. Stockman entertained with a dinner party at their home on Eighth avenue. Bronte colored chrysanthemums decorated the table. ta-ble. Places were msrked for members mem-bers of ths Parks and Stockman families. Miss Betty Hunter and Mrs. Burdens Bur-dens Thompson will entertain Monday Mon-day evening at the Hunter home on Thirteenth East street in honor of Miss Parks. Mrs. John E. Dooly will be hostess Tusaday afternoon at a luncheon at her home on ,Esst Twenty-first South street honoring the bride-to-be. Putnam Clark and Esra Thompson Thomp-son Jr. have come from Berkeley CaL. to apend the holidays with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eira Thompson, Thomp-son, at their home on University street. Miss Mary Louise Richards, who has been doing post-graduate work at the University of Washington at Seattle, is spending the holidays with her psrents. Mr. and Mra. Lee .Greene Richarda. |
