Farrow, the motorman who was Injured in the street ;car collision Saturday mornins' on Brig-ham' street near the Alta club, died late yesterday afternoon at the Holy Cross hospital as the result of his Injuries. Farrow began to fall early in the af-. af-. ternoon, and his family and friends were summoned to see him. He Is survived sur-vived by -his widow and five children, three of whom are grown. Farrow had lived here for a number of years and had a wide circle of acquaintances. ac-quaintances. He-. was popular among the employees of the street car company and was considered by- the officials as one of the most careful men in the service. ser-vice. He had been in the service of the company for ten years. Farrow carried Insurance aggregatlng-12250, aggregatlng-12250, $250 of which sum is with the Mutual Mu-tual Aid, an institution carried on by the carmen and their employees of the street car company. The funeral of Mr. Farrow will be held from the Twenty-seventh ward meeting--house Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Bishop Maxwell will conduct the services at the meeting-house, while those at the grave will be t under the auspices of the Woodmen of the World. All the expenses of the funeral will be borne by the car company. The officers of the company have made arrangements arrange-ments to contribute suitable floral offerings, offer-ings, and the dead man's former fellow-employees fellow-employees will do likewise. The Mutual Aid association of the company employees has chosen a committee com-mittee to represent it at the funeral. |
