The Judgment of the Supreme court of Massachusetts in the case of Henry Blgelow Williams and C. F. Ayres, trustees, vs. Attorney-General Parker of the State of Massachusetts Massachu-setts has been affirmed by the Supreme Court of the United States. The suit was filed by the Attorney-General in IMS under the legislative act of that year.- limiting the elevation of buildings In certain parts of Boston to ninety feet. The law was attacked as unconstitutional, but It was not so held by today's opinion. Justice Brewer, who delivered the opinion of the court, said explicitly that the statute is not in conflict with the. constitution. |
