Show Benefit of Clara Morris. NEW YORK. Feb. 23.Plans for the benefit of Miss Clara Morris, the actreej, to be given shortly, have taken definite shape. The performance will be under the auspices of the theatrical profession. Rev. A E. UnderhUU pastor of St John's Episcopal church In Yonkers, of which Miss Morris is a member will act as treasurer treas-urer of the fund. Amelia Bingham has agreed to manage the benefit, but tne exact date has not yet been fixed. Among the patrons, many of whom have contributed contrib-uted money, are Bishop Potter, H. O. Havemeyer, John R. Crimmins and John G. Carlisle. |
