Notice is hereby given that there will be a special meeting of the stockholders of the Petro Mining Company at the offices of-fices of the company, room 206-308 Auer-bach Auer-bach Bldg, Salt Lake City, Utah, on Friday, Fri-day, the 20th day of June, 1906, at the hour of 11:30 a. m. ' First: For the purpose of considering the advisability of disincorporating the company, and authorising any acts necessary ne-cessary to disincorporate the same.
