Notice is hereby given that there will be a special stockholders' meeting of the Red Wing Gold Mining Company at the office of the company, rooms 306-308 306-308 Auerbach Bid.. Salt Lake City, Utah, on Friday, July 20th. 1906. at the hour of 12 o'clock noon. First: For the purpose of considering th advisability or disincorporating said company, and authorising any acts no cessary to disincorporate the same.
