Show PRODUCING SYNDICATE IS BIGGEST THING OUT NEW YORK. June 23. A new concern organized for the production of American and foreign dramas and musical plays, was formed yesterday with a paid-up capital cap-ital of J200.000. The men interested are all members of the so-called theatrical syndicate. syn-dicate. They now form a corporation which will extend their business Interests. Inter-ests. The principal officers are: President, Frank McKee; vice-president. William A. Brady; secretary, Joseph Brooks; treasurer, treas-urer, William Harris: board of directors, Messrs. McKee, Brooks, William Harris, Brady, Hon. H. Harris, A. L Hayman.-Henry Hayman.-Henry W. Savage, E. L. Erlanger and Kenneth H. McKoln. The stockholders include A. W. Ping-wald. Ping-wald. Charles Frohman. Marc Klaw, Henrv W. Savage, Fred Zimmerman and Alexander Rest of New Tork: C. A. Hartz of Cleveland; C. E. Ford of Baltimore; C. A. Spauldlng of St. Iouis; Raiford and Havlin of Cincinnati; Sam F. Nixon of Philadelphia and B. C. Whitney of Detroit. De-troit. In a brief statement by Mr. McKee, he said it would be the "biggest producing syndicate in the world." |
