Ballroom Filled to Overflowing at Second Day in Cooking Demonstration After demonstrating her skill to Salt SaIl Lake women Wednesday the opening day of her lecture s series ries in which she was welcomed by a capacity capacity ca ca- ca house Mrs Julia I Lee e Wright demonstrated her popularity Thursday Thursday Thurs Thurs- dl day by filling the Hotel Utah ballroom ballroom ball boll room to overflowing in the second of ot othel her hel three classes under the sponsorship sponsor sponsorship ship of the Safeway Homemakers bureau of which she is director The third and final lecture and demonstration demonstration demonstration demon demon- of f the series will be held Inthe in inthe inthe the Hotel Utah ballroom Friday at 2 p. p m. m Doors open at 1 p. p m. m and admission admission ad mission is free In the second lecture o of her series Mrs Wright ht demonstrated the preparation prep for informal home dinners She confined her lecture to arrangements arrange arrange- ments which might be completed by Inn any housewife without additional help and which were within the thc reach of any housewife's pocketbook In addition to the cooking and lecture lee lec ture Mrs Wright demonstrated the proper method of preparing a buffet luncheon table She also prepared thirteen dishes from her own original recipes During final lectures Friday Mrs Wright will not only demonstrate and give recipes for seventeen dishes but she will prepare four complete meals All of ot the food that is prepared is given to the women members of the class Mrs Wright on Wednesday end ond Thursday attracted unusual interest from women Although the Hotel Utah ballroom was crowded to Capacity capacity ca Ca- on ori her first appearance the second class was even greater grenter and the third promises promises' to be a record turnout
