Show ALPHA BETA CLUB CONDUCTS MEETING Members of the Alpha Beta club were delightfully entertained at the home of Mrs. Sterling Price last Friday afternoon. It was an afternoon of music, with Mrs. H. M. Mensel of Provo presenting the program and discussing contemporary con-temporary artists. She gave interesting in-teresting accounts of her personal contact with artists who have come to Provo to appear in community com-munity concerts. Assisting Mrs. Mensel were, Rhoda Von Call, pianist, and Anna Gene Bullock, vocalist, each of whom gave several sev-eral numbers. Also, Mrs. Aileen Conrad gave violin selections, accompanied ac-companied by Mrs. LeRoy Erick-son. Erick-son. Mrs. Zina Condie was in charge of the program at the conclusion nf which tastv refreshments were served to about twenty-seven club members and guests. The next meeting was announced for Feb. 2, to be held at the home of Mrs. W. W. Brockbank, with Mrs. George Ballif of Provo, giving giv-ing the program. |
