Show Norma Roylance Is IV ed To Frank F. Jenkins Mr. and Mrs. George Roylance of this city, announce trie marriage of tkeir daughter. Norma, to Franlc F. Jenkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Jenkins of Nephi. The marriage was an event of Saturday, May 25, and itook place at Elko, Nev., with Bishop Roy H. Maughan of the L D S church, officiating. It was a double ring ceremony performed perform-ed at the Elko L D S church. Witnessing the marriage was the bride's mother, who stood as matron of honor, also her uncle, Orville L. Evans, best man; her sister, Betty Roylance and Shirley Shir-ley Jenkins, sister of the bridegroom. bride-groom. The bride was attractively attired at-tired in an olive green suit with brown accessories, and rosebud corsage. The couple left Sunday evening on a wedding trip to the northwest north-west and California, and upon their return, plan to make their home in Nephi for the present. Complimenting the ibride a number num-ber of parties were given before her marriage. On Thursday evening, Mrs. Shirley Brailsford gave a shower at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Wheeler, for a group of close friends. The evening was spent with a program in which Mrs. Walt Wheeler of Provo, gave a review of the book, "The Egg And I," and Mrs. Vera Zobell entertained with vocal numbers. A tasty luncheon was served during the evening and the guest of honor was presented with a number of lovely gifts. |
