Show H. H. YOUNG TAKES CHARGE OF BRANCH ' H. II. Young, formerly of Seattle, Wash., has arrived from that city to take the management of the Salt Lake branch of the Ford Motor company, 228-32 South 'West Temple street. Mr. Young, who has seven or eight years' experience in the automobile world, was assistant manager of the Seattle branch when he received his 'promotion to Salt Lake. Mr. Young succeeds E. M. Fillmore, who has managed the Salt Lake branch for three months, coming from Los Angeles, An-geles, Califs where he was assistant manager. Mr. Fillmore's ability is well attested by the fact that he is leaving Salt Lake to take charge of the Fora Motor company's branch at Cleveland, O., a branch that, because of its location, loca-tion, naturally does a much larger volume vol-ume of business than could be expected in Salt Lake. Speaking of the Ford Motor company's com-pany's business, Mr. Young said yesterday yester-day that it was growing at an unprecedented unprec-edented rate, that the local house is now fifty per cent ahead of its allotment allot-ment of cars and that the man who purchased pur-chased a car today could not be certain of having his order filled in much less than two months. |
