Show UTAH METAL-TUNNEL CO. IS REORGANIZED Local interests, names of whom are to be announced later, have taken the wheel in tho affairs of the Utah Metal & Tunnel company and have advanced enouaih money to pay off current floating deht and provide capital with which to begin mining operations, according to the Boston Bos-ton News Bureau. The Utah Metal & Tunnel company has not been operating for the patt eighteen mouths. During practically all of last year the company, in conjunction with its neighbor, the Utah Consolida ted M iniug company, was engaged in proving up apices, there having arisen a discussion as to the proprietorship of certain veins which each pa rty averred apexed in his territory. This was yet! led, with the Utah Metal t Tunnel company receiving approximately- fifteen acres of mining land on Uitmland Hoy claim in exchange for' apex rights which it granted Utah Consolidated on certain small veins. Although this clea ned up possibilities of litigation, it b-ft the company in debt and unable to begin mining operations.
