Show MERCANTILE CONCERN ORGANIZED IN UTAH A certified copy of the articles of incorporation in-corporation of the W. E. Collins company of Idaho Falls, which Intends to do business in this state, was filed with the secretary of state yesterday. The company, com-pany, capitalized at $50,000, is formed for the purpose of conducting a chain of general merchandise stores. Articles for the Mountain Girl Mining company, with headquarters in Salt Lake, were also filed yesterday. The company is capitalized at $250,000, with J. T. Hammond Ham-mond as president, C. W. Showalter as vice president, B. S. Rupp as secretary, A. H. Peabody as treasurer and Wrilliam Bailey and L. E. Brown as additional members of the board of directors. The company proposes to take over the Parowan, Milford, Beaver, Tintic, Glea-son Glea-son and Little Jennie claims, several mill sites and contracts for the purchase of the Mountain Girl, the Mountain Girl No. 1, the Valley and the Maud S. claims. |
