J L. Emigh. A committee, representing eve ry orgau-j orgau-j tzatlon in Salmon, has been appointed to go ahead with the canvass for funds and the building plans. The Woman's club is taking an active I part and ta represented by Mrs. Ferrel ' Terrv, Mcretafry of the permanent organ-I organ-I Ization, and Mrs. J. EL Wright, chairman I of the building committee. Other mem- bers of the memorial committee are W. I II. Shoup. chairman; Allen Merritt. Fred ! L. Vie.. County Agent Tillotson. Judge j K. H. Casterlln. Mrs. James Mastoid, ! Mrs. T. J. Stroud and Mrs. W. B. Fowler. The building will probably be of native stone and will cost between J40.W0 and ' 150.000. There will be an auditorium, a I gymnasium, recreation rooms for the for-I for-I mer service men, a room for the Worn-i Worn-i an's club library, and other facilities that f will make t'r.e building literally a community com-munity home for all the county. |
