Show WILSON MEETS WITH FOOD COMMISSION PARIS, Friday, June 20. (Bv the Associated Press.) President Wilson met the American members of the supreme su-preme economic commission today to consider whether that body should be discontinued. It is understood that Herbert Hoover, director general of the interallied relief organization, favors a i discontinuance of tho commission and the return home of the American members, mem-bers, whereas the British favor its continuance con-tinuance with broader duties, including shipping and othor branches formerly conducted by a separate committee in London. The economic commission was created creat-ed for the period of the armistice. |
