She has a pedigree a mile long, and her ancestors date back to the early '60s and then some. Chummy Chum-my has been with the Wichman family since she was a small, frolicking puppy. She is now headed for her sixth birthday. birth-day. Probably, when that day arrives. Chummy wii! have six nice big bones with meat on them, too; and no doubt she w.ll enjoy those dog delicacies just as much, if not more, than Joan enjoyed en-joyed her sixth-year birthday cake with six candles pn the top. Chummy's long suit is tricks. Of these j she has a whole bagful, such as jumping j over sticks and through hoops, playing i dead, and the like. She is also a good baseball player, and can catch a ball in the approved style of all good dog players. |
