NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given that a special meeting of the members and stockholders stockhold-ers of the Alta club' has been called by the board of directors to be held at the club building, 100 East South Temple street. Salt Lake City, Utah, June 4, at 8 o'clock p. m. The purpose of such meeting Is to amend Article XIII of the by-lawa of said club so as to provide for monthly dues from resident members of ($10) ten dollars, dol-lars, instead of the present dues of ($7.50) seven dollars and fifty cents, the proposed pro-posed amendment being aa follows: "The first paragraph of section XIII of the by-laws, as the same appears in the printed book thereof, Is amended to read as follows: "XT 1 1. The entrance fee on admission to the club shall be one hundred and fifty dollars ($150), except as is provided for by articles XI and XII of the by-laws.
