The wheat growers of Power county are organizing or-ganizing tlie Power County Grain Growers' Grow-ers' association, which will have for its purpose to secure 3'or American Falls a federal grain grading laboratory and ! scales, and to protect the members by having" their grain weighed and graded in Power county at the time they sell it, rather than at 'the coast terminal points. By-laws and forms of agreement between be-tween the association and the members I have been drawn.
