Tha instrument sets forth in detail the purposes and objects of j the rev institution, and it will be pre- ! sented to the public for approval at a meeting- to be held at the Commercial club ' on March 31. In th ftrtick-,9 proposed it is 'provided that the incorporation shall have as its general object the promotion of the physical phy-sical healrh and wel being of the pur-sons pur-sons residing within the county of Salt Lake. "It-i-hall -co-operate with any and all municipal agencies and private associations asso-ciations and individuals in the establishment establish-ment and maintenance of a public clinic and dispensary, to which all persona unable un-able to pay a regular physician's lee may resort for council and medical attention. at-tention. The organization is to be supported sup-ported hy voluntary contributions and will have no capital stock. Membership in the organization will bo divided into four classes endowment memtrfers, or those who contribute $1000 toward a permanent fund and who will be. entitled to hav-e their names perpetuated perpetu-ated in the records of the corporation; life members, 'including all tho.36 who contribute 100 or more; professional members, 'consisting ofi all associations of physicians and surgeons, the majority of whose members support the organization, organiza-tion, and associate members, embracing all ' those who from time to time shall contribute the annual dues of the corpora- , tion as determined by its by-laws. The officers of the corporation will include in-clude a Voard of trustees of fifteen members, mem-bers, a president, 1 a vice president, a secretary, a treasurer and a managing 1 trustee. |
