PLANS TO BRIDGE INTERIM BY MEANS OF MODUS VIVENDI PARIS, March 15.(By the Associated Press.) The American peace delegates are considering bridging over the period between the signature of the peace treatv and the ratification of the treaty by the United States by a modus Vivendi Vi-vendi declaring hostilities ended as of date of the signature, so as not to delay the termination of certain war legislation legisla-tion and to enable the resumption " immediately im-mediately of normal trade, while affording afford-ing the senate the necessary time for consideration. The question of calling a special session ses-sion of the senate immediately after the signing of the treaty, which may be within with-in ten days, has also been under consideration.
