Show TWO SLAYERS TO ASK FOR CLEMENCY Applications Will Be Considered at Next Meeting of the State Board of Fardous. Applications of convicts for clemency which are to .be considered at the next meeting of the state board of pardons include three petitions for pardon, two for parole and fourteen for termination of sentence. There are two slavers anion; the applicants, Anthony T. bay, convicted and sentenced February 20, 1907, for the killing of another negro in Victoria alley, and -Mike Morris, sentenced on a conviction of manslaughter manslaugh-ter for having killed Connie Mack, an inmate of a disorderly house in Bingham, Bing-ham, on Christmas eve, lyiii. rsamcs ot applicants for clemency, the relief asked and the crimes for which thev were convicted follow: Jr'or pardon R. J. Birchell, having cocaine in his possession; J. Herman, having opium in his possession; J. i Estes, robbery. For parole Arthur C. Atkinson, second sec-ond degree burglary; Anthony T. Bay, murder. For termination of sentence Harry Elliott, robber'; William A. Hauser, grand larceny; Erwin J. Householder, second degree burglary; K. S. Saulter, seeoud degree burglary; William Allan Cole, grand larceny; Louis Dernbis, attempted at-tempted murder; Heber B.
