Show OBTAINS FACTS ON IRRIGATION WATER W. W. Ray, United Stales district attorney, at-torney, returned yesterday from tiie Uintah Uin-tah basin, where he investigated the facts concerning the water supply to Indian lands in that section of the state. There is a suit pending in the federal courts to determine the w ater rights as between i he white set tiers, who are receiving water from the Indian irrigation projects, and the Indians. The rase will he trid at the present term of the federal court, and it is the Intention of the eovernment to claim ah of the prior rights of the waters whic'i nrc now r-ping jointly used by the Indians nnd the wbiie settlers.
