Show STATE WILL TRY TO PREVENT SCALPING CHICAGO. Sept. 27. Prosecution of . scalpers of world's series tickets on charges of conspiracy to extort probably will be attempted by State's Attorney Maclay Hoyne, it was said tonight, after he had held a conference with Harry Grabiner, .secretary of the Chicago club of the American league. Grabiner told the state's attorney that, despite every precaution, the speculators were advertising that they will have li'-kets and are already taking orders. They are demanding premiums of more than 200 per cent for reserved seats-They seats-They refuse to take orders for- single seat s and require deposits for the full series of three games. Prospective purchasers pur-chasers were told ther money would refunded if they returned the unus J parts of the tickets before the game for which they are issued. Charles A. Comiskey, president of i !i !
