Milne, former juvenile court Judge, Is tn join the army of producers during dur-ing the war. if not for a longer period. Mr. Milne will leave tonight for Elko, New, where he will take, charge of t he Peterson ranch at North Fork, upon which he has obtained a lease. Ranching Is no new experience for the former juvenile court Judge. He ranched In Nevada yea rs agn, before the days when he became so widely known in Utah, first as the champion all-round college athlete of the ptato, when ho was a student at the University of Utah, and later as secretary of the Juvenile court commission and then as a Juvenile judge, Though he ranched for nomo years in White Pine county, it Is not to be understood under-stood that Mr. Milne was a native of Nevada. He was born in St. George. Uta h. M rs. Milne a nd t he children win move to the ranch as soon as the city schools close. |
