Show SCOTTISH RUE HEAD TO VISIT1T LAKE Sovereign Grand Commander Com-mander of Supreme Council Coun-cil Here Wednesday. George Fleming' Moore of Washington. D. C, sovereign grand commander of the supreme council of the thirty-third degree of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, southern jurisdiction jurisdic-tion of the United States, will pay his first official visit to the Scottish Rite Masons of Utah next Wednesday. Mr. Moore is scheduled to arrive here from the east Wednesday morning and that night he -will be the guest of the four local Scottish Rite bodies at a banquet ban-quet at the Masonic temple. Accompanying Accom-panying the grand commander will be Captain T. R. Teaguc. deputy grand master mas-ter of the grand lodge of Alabama, who also will be a guest at the banquet. Although Mr. Moore was elevated to the head of the southern jurisdiction of Scottish Scot-tish Rite of Fteemafonry, his coming Wednesday will mark his first official visitation to the Scottish Rite Masons of Utah. He is now on a tour of the jurisdiction juris-diction and will go from here to the Pacific Pa-cific coast. As presiding officer nf the supreme council of thirty-third degree, and which is the mother council of the world. Mr. Moore's Masonic attainment is of worldwide world-wide and international note. As sovereign sov-ereign grand commander of the southern supreme council, he is an honorary member mem-ber of the supreme council of the Dominion Domin-ion of Canada, of the supreme council of France and of the supreme council ol Italy. |
