Show DIVORCEE GRANTED 'WAR TIME ALIMONY' "War time alimony' has become a consideration in the divorce section of the third district court. Granted a divorce yesterday, Cleona W. Siddoway consented to accept $ln a month during the time that her husband hus-band shall be serving his country as a soldier. The alimony, according to the court order, will become $25 a month upon his return to civilian life. The divorce was granted by Judge P. C. Evans on ground of cruel tv, Mrs. Siddoway testified tnat her husband had been disposed to fits of temper in which he had gone eo far as to slap her. She was given custody of their children. A divorce was granted to Mrs. Louise Bost on ground of nonsupport. The husband, hus-band, Enos L. Bost, was brought back from Colorado some months ago on a charge of failure to provide. At that time he agreed to pav $lo a month into ' the juvenile court for the support of i his wife and children. He will now lay the money as alimony. ' |
