SUNSET GUNS AS DEPTH IS REACHED Leadore, Idaho, Property Gives Promise of Being One of the Big Ones. Frank Jones, construction engineer for the Sunset Mining company, has returned from Leadore. Idaho, where the company's com-pany's property is located, and la now engaged in preparing the plane and sperl-firauons sperl-firauons for the concentrating mill which Is to be instalk-a. Survey of the property for patent Is now being made by U. G. Burton, mining engineer, en-gineer, and everything is being done by the officers of the rompany to place the mine on a dividend-paying basis at an early date. As progress Is made In the development devel-opment of the tunnel on the lowest level the ore Increases in richness and value. The contact from which the ore is being taken extends for a length of one and one-o.ua rter miles across the company's claims, and, although the development work has only proceeded approximately 2(h) feet pn the contact, the company's engineers are confident tlia t the vein of ore continues for the entire length of the contact. High-grade ore In various places outcrops out-crops along the entire lengt h of the contact. It has been demount ra ted by the development work done that the ore gets richer with depth, the distance heing nearly 600 feet, from the upper workings to the workings -on the lowest levefs. As the development work proceeds pro-ceeds the rompany feel.- more certain that the mine is one that will be producing produc-ing for many yearn to come.
