Show EUREKA-LILLY HAS WON IN LAWSUIT Concerning the litigation in which the i Eureka-lilly Mining company has of late I been involved. A. X. Holdaway, manager and director of the property, said yester- day: j In the district court at Prnvo, I Judge Morgan on "Wednesday decided in favor of the defendants in the suit brought by Gns Hen rod and others against the East Tintie Development company and the Eureka-Lilly Mining Min-ing company. The suit was brought with the object of rendering null and void any deal and to have a receiver appointed for the East Tin tic Development De-velopment company's property, which was previously sold and transferred to the Eureka-Lilly. Mr. Holdaway added the statement that the developments at the property were highly pleasing to the officers and d i-rectors i-rectors of the company, having particular reference to the showing in the main shaft, which is now down below the 10'""''-foot 10'""''-foot level. |
