Show REILLEY TIES WITH BISHOPJQR HONORS Shoot on Washington's Birthday Produces Good Scores. Members of the Salt Lake Gun club held an interesting shoot yesterday at the local traps. On account of the weather weath-er conditions there was not as large a crowd present as was expected. Those who did .attend, however, entered into the eport with much enthusiasm, and for this reason the competition was very keen. Reilley, Bishop and Mitchell ran a very close race throughout the shoot, each man being intent upon making the highest score. The suspense was held until the last event, when Mitchell lost out by one target, leaving- Reilley and Bishop tied for first with scores of 47 out of 60. Under Un-der such weather conditions as prevailed these scores are considered high, and there is no doubt that these marks would have been perfect if the contestants had not been handicapped by the wind and the snow. The gun club looks forward to a highly interesting shoot on March 4, as several i fine shots have developed during the practice season, which is about over. This will be a handicap event and every contestant will have an equal chance. Many prizes will be offered, first choice bein a large loving cup. This shoot is open to the public, and any person wishing wish-ing to enter should sign up with A. R. I Bain, secretary of the club. Following are Thursday's scores: Broken. Targets.
