Show WOMAN INJURED BY CAR PASSES AWAY Miss Martha A. Hinckley, 60 Years of Age, Dies at the L. D. S. Hospital. Miss Martha A. Hinckley, 60 years of age, who was struck by a street car at Fourth South anil Fifth ast streets October 4, suffering an injury to her head, died at the L. D. S. hospital last evening. Since the accident, Miss Hincklev had been attended by Dr. Koss H. Anderson and she appeared to be recovering until yesterday noon. She was sitting in the ward partaking of luncheon, when she suddenly lost consciousness. Dr. Anderson Ander-son said that he believed a blood clot forming on the brain caused death. Miss Hinckley was born in Salt Lake. She was a daughter of the late Ira M. Hinckley, former president of Millard stake. Her mother lives with Mrs. V A. Ray, a daughter. Besides these two, Miss Hinckley leaves another sister, Mrs. Lafayette Holbrook. For several years Miss Hinckley had been living with Mrs. E. N. Davis, 52S East Fourth South street. Funeral arrangements have not been made. The body is in charge of S. M. Taylor & Co., undertakers. |
