Show FEDERAL OFFICIALS WORK ON LOANS Solicitor of the United States Treasury Lawrence Becker has sent a letter to tho United Stales attorneys throughout the United States asking for the necessary papers, including notes and mortgages, to be used by loan applicants under the provisions of the new rural credits act. In writing to United States Attorney W. W. Ray, the solicitor wishes to be informed in-formed as to the notes and mortgages used in this jurisdiction, as well us to the law governing acknowledgments. Word has been received" in the federal building that loan companies exacting a fee in connection with the securing of a loan under the provisions of tins act win have their charters canceled.
