Show RAILWAY OFFICIALS GUESTS AT BANQUET Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. Oct. 16. To celebrate the re-establishm-nt here of the L'nion Pacific system dining car and hotel service headquarters head-quarters and the return of l'nion Pacific Pa-cific officials, fifty members of the V eber cluli gave a banquet tonight, at which F. Lewis, general manager of t lie dining car and hotel service; F. N. Hess, general auditor of that service, and A. W. Woodruff, assistant superintendent of the Wyoming division of the Union . Pneific, were the guests of honor. Declaring the establishment of headquarters head-quarters again in Ogdon indicated this city was becoming more important in railroad circles. W. IT. Wattis, president of the Weber club, welcomed the railroad men. Mr. Woodruff. Mr. Lewis and Mr. Hess responded. Others who. spoke were Commissioner Com-missioner Miles L. Several speakers urged immediate action in preparing for tiie i:U0 celebration in Ogden. |
