Announcement Announce-ment was made today that a conference of Colorado coal operators would be held in Denver Saturday to consider President Presi-dent Wilson's proposal for a three-year truce in the miners' strike. .7. Officers of the United Mine Workers wilt leave tonight for Trinidad, where a convention of union miners will bf held tomorrow to consider the president's proposal.
