Show TO RECEIVE BELGIAN COMMISSION AT ONCE WASHINGTON, Sept. 14. Secretary ' Bryan announced late today, on receipt of a message from President Wilson, that the Belgian commission, which has como to this country to protest against alleged German atrocities, will be received at the Whitu house Wednesday afternoon. NEW YORK, Sept. 14. The members of the Belgian commission, appointed by Kln Albert to describe to President Wilson Wil-son atrocities allpged to have been committed com-mitted by the German army, were still in New York tonight. They probably will leave here tomorrow for Washington. |
