Show THAW GETS JUDGMENT. The Orphans court at Pittsburg has awarded Harry K. Thaw the income from his share of his father's estate, something over $160,000 in amount, in spite of his exaggerated sense of self which alienists have declared renders him mentally irresponsible and mora or less of a menace to society. Thaw is apparently sane everywhere except in the state of New York, but he in n tne state of Ivew York, but he is still in custody and it is no sure thing the supreme court will grant him liberty. Now that the slayer of Stanford White is in funds again, the next thing to happen will probably be a suit by Evelyn Nesbit Thaw for a share of the money, some part of which she will undoubtedly un-doubtedly get unless it is tied up in a law-proof manner. She is still the wife although if Thaw ever gets out from under the insanity cloud he will probably prob-ably seek the divorce court in short order.
