Show STEAMER STOPPED AT PORT OF TAMPICO VERA CHUZ, July 18. The steamer City of Tampico was stopped while leaving leav-ing Tampico for Galveston and has been held there owing to the refusal of its captain to surrender to the constitutionalist constitution-alist authorities Juan Vasquez, a retired re-tired general of the federal army, and two companions.
