Speaking of the extraction being made by the Conso ldated m I Genera Man ager J K Turner ot the Jumbo Exten s on said We are certainly pleased" with the saving that Is being made bv the p ant on our ore Although it may seem strange It Is neverthe ess a fact that the Consolidated mill la mak ng a better percentage of ex traction on the higher grade ore than on the lower alued product How ever the saving on the atter is h gh ly satisfactory It seems that the higher the grade of o e the better the extraction Some days the extrac t on runs as high as 91 per cent, but the average is around 85 Cons der-lng der-lng the greater cost of send ng the shipping ore to the smelters and high extraction being made bj the Consoll dated ml 1 we find it to our advan tage to ship practically our entire output to the local p ant Our ore Is at present concentrating about twelve to one Goldfleld Tribune |
