Boston won the game in the ninth inning todav and. aided somewhat by Cincinnati's errors, scored three runs, just enough to win from the locals by a score of 3 to 2. Yingling pitched well, but his support was decidedly ragged. Cincinnati bunched hits on Crutcher in the seventh, but was unable to do anv-thing anv-thing with Ptrand or James.
