West, aged 76, who died last night at 10 o'clock, at. the home of Mrs. James Taylor, his niece, in the Fourth ward. Tor severaf months Mr. "West had been H;;v?rv feeble, and for tlie past week had been confined to his bed. J Deceased was bom July -J-, 1S36, at "East Dean, Kngland. lie joined the Mormon church in March, lSGo, and enii-"grated enii-"grated to America in 1S71, arriving at Bait Lake City July 15. He lived in fV.tbat city until 1897. when he moved to ' American Fork and has since resided ""here. He is survived bv one daughter, "J.Mrs. Ada Page, of Salt Lake City. Funeral services will be held from the First ward chapel Monday at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. |
