Show ORATORIO SOCIETY IS AGAIN AT WORK Members Are Wow Rehearsing the " Creation,'' to Be Given in April. With a comfortable balance on the right side of the ledger, the results of the highly artistic production of the "Messiah'"' on New Year's day, the members of the .Salt Lake Oratorio society so-ciety take up with cheer and enthusiasm enthus-iasm the work for tbe Kastertide production pro-duction of the " Creation.3' A largely attended and official meeting meet-ing of the organization was held yesterday yes-terday afternoon in Consolidated Music hall. The audited roports were read and approved, and President George D. Pyper delivered a brief address, congratulating con-gratulating the society upon its success .from the financial as well as the artistic ar-tistic viewpoint. Musical Director Squire succinctly outlined the salient points of the Haydn oratorio, copies of which were distributed distrib-uted to the singers, many of whom have been with him in previous productions of the Haydn masterpiece. He told the members that, as the music was more elemental and more easy of martery than that of the "Messiah,'' the eight weeks before Easter would furnish ample am-ple time for preparation in proper form, with one rehearsal each week. The next ensemble rehearsal will be held Sunday at 4 o'clock in Consolidated hall. !
