Show TO REMODEL COURTHOUSE. Provo City and County Commissioners Decide to Enlarge Quarters, Special to The Tribune. PROVO, March 17. The county commissioner?, com-missioner?, with the city commission, this morning decided to make some changes and Improvements In jlhe courthouse. The present county commissioners' room will be used as a jury room, and the present city Justice's room for an attorneys' attor-neys' consulting room. When this convenience con-venience Is added for the practicing attorneys. at-torneys. Judge A. B. Morgan will order that court files bo not taken from the courthouse. The county recorder's office and the city recorder's office will have another story opened over the present rooms, and , In this will be made offices for the coun-1 coun-1 ty commissioners and the city justice, in addition lo which the courtroom will be renovated. At the meeting of the county commissioners commis-sioners William Elliott was appointed custodian of the courthouse and grounds to succeed Joseph S. Park, who has hold Die position for tho past twelve years. Commissioner C. H. Ward, tho Republican Republi-can holdover, voted for the reappointment reappoint-ment of Park. |
