Riley on October P Inst, will commence Monday morning before Judge Lewiu of the district dis-trict court. The state Is preparing for the trial and will have n large number of witnesses on hand. Drjskel! eonfesaed the crime, but his attorneys will endeavor en-deavor to prevent the admission of bin confession at the trial, The case will he of great Interest and will no doubt draw a large attendance In court during dur-ing its progress.
