WESTMINSTER COLLEGE TO HAVE NEW BUILDING Ground for the third new building for "Westminster college will be broken within with-in tho next ten days and before, fall the college expects to havo this completed so that tho school win opon completely equipped in September. This new building build-ing will bo a dormitory for boys and it will cost approximately $50,000. The girls' dormitory was practically completed about a year ago and tho few hundred dollars necessary to put on tho finishing touches to this structuro havo been raised and funds havo also been provided pro-vided for the erection of tho building for boys. The administration building of the college was completed several years ago, but on account of a lack of funds, tho college has not been able to complete and occupy its excellent location on the southeast south-east bench.
