Big Cottonwood canyon is regarded as one of tho most picturesque outing places In the. summer months that can be found anywhere in tho state. Not only docs the pretty canyon abound with natural bcautlcH but at tho head of tho canyon is Brighton, the pretty summer resort. This popular lUUo spot during tho summer sum-mer Is the rendezvous for hundreds of peoplo from Salt Lake. L.ast voar many valuable Improvements were made at the resort additions wcro made to the hotel, more than twenty new cottages were erected and the place ir. general was made more attractive. This season tho management contemplates other Improvements which will srcally add to .the general scenic beauty of the resort. The road leading up among the crags to Brighton Is looked upon by many as a good one, repairs being made every season. This summer an auto line into the canyon is assured. The trip, when the ailto line is established, can be made in at least two hours.
