Matter, the public pub-lic prosecutor, was heard today in the suit brought by Count Bonl do Castol-lane Castol-lane against his former wife, who was Miss Anna Gould, In which he asks that the custody of his throo children bo awarded to his mother. Tho public prosecutor pros-ecutor recommended that tho children .be left In tho custody of their mother. M. Matter scored both the Count do Castollnne and the Prince do Sagan. The count stood well to the front of the court room, balancing his silk hat on the end of his ranc. and was the cynosure of all eyes. Several times when the condemnations condemna-tions were particularly severe, he bit his lips and Hushed crimson, . but he never lost his composure. |
