Cushman was arrested tho day following follow-ing tho alleged assault and thrown Into Jail. As ho was unablo to glvo ball, being be-ing In only very ordinary circumstances, ho was compelled to remain In custody until his hearing. Cushman's alleged victim bears the odor of being a "peeping Tom." and Cushman's Cush-man's defense was that Salroa had kept up tho practlco of approaching his house at night, while ho was away, and peeping peep-ing Into tho window?, or trying to, until ho could onduro it no longer.
